RETURNS

Holiday Return Policy: Purchases made from 11/21/16 through 12/24/16 may be returned for credit to the original form of payment through 1/15/17. Items must be returned in original condition, unworn, with all tags attached to be eligible. Any item(s) purchased using a promotional code are only eligible for store credit, any item marked as final sale is not eligible for refunds, store credit or exchange. 

Merchandise is eligible for a full refund (less any shipping charges and duties paid) if returned to our returns department within 21 days of delivery date.

·         Merchandise must be returned within 21 days of delivery date.

·         Merchandise must be in its original condition, unworn, unwashed and free of any alterations.

·         Merchandise must have all original tags attached.

·         Any sale item(s) or item(s) purchased using a promotional code (excluding 15% off Unidays and 10% off first time customer                       promotional codes) are eligible for store credit only.

·         Any merchandise marked final sale is not eligible for refunds, store credit, or exchange.

·         Gift card purchases are final sale, no exceptions.

·         If an item appears damaged upon delivery please contact us immediately.

·         Gift cards or store credits issued for a return expire 1 year after issue date.

If any return does not meet the above requirements, the return will not be accepted and will be immediately returned to you. We reserve the right to refuse any return due to signs of wear, misuse, or alterations. If you have any questions please contact info@forloveandlemons.com

We offer free shipping and returns for domestic orders over $125. All other orders are responsible for return shipping. Please note: Orders placed during site-wide promotional periods will not come with a pre-paid return-shipping label.

EXCHANGES

At this time we do not offer direct exchanges due to the high volume of orders. If you need a different size/color please place a new order and follow the return instructions for a refund/store credit on your original order (if applicable).
